Shipping Policy
UK Shipping Only Velyx Research Ltd currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Dispatch Times All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery Times Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. We use tracked courier services so you can monitor your order every step of the way. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.
Cold Chain Packaging All Velyx Research Ltd products are dispatched with cold-pack insulation and temperature-shield packaging to maintain compound integrity throughout transit. This is essential for maintaining the quality and stability of research-grade peptides.
Upon receipt of your order please refrigerate all products immediately. Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability.
Shipping Costs Standard tracked shipping is charged at a flat rate per order. Free shipping is available on orders over a threshold amount. Current shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Velyx Research Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at hello@velyx.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
